The Magical Power Of Gratitude And Saying ‘Thank You!’

My story shows how grateful people can be.

Six years ago, I would have responded yes to the question, “Am I a grateful person?” I thank people when they give me a gift, open doors for me or do something for me. It is true that I wasn’t grateful for anything. I had no idea what gratitude was, and even saying thank you once in a while didn’t make it a grateful person. It was hard to be grateful in my life. My debt was steadily increasing each month. My finances did not improve despite my hard work. I lived with constant stress as I struggled to cope with my mounting debts and obligations. I felt like there was never enough time for everyone in my relationships. Although I was considered healthy, I felt tired at end of the day. While I experienced moments of happiness while out with friends and on vacation, I soon realized that I needed to work harder in order to afford those pleasures. I wasn’t living. I was just surviving day to day, from paycheck to paycheck. I didn’t know how to solve every problem in my life. From that point on, however, I was changed forever by something. I discovered a secret in life. I started to practice gratitude daily, to say thanks more. This was the turning point in my life. I saw miracles happen when I practice gratitude more often.

My life was truly magical. My life changed dramatically when I was able to pay off all my debts and had the funds I needed to do everything I wanted. My problems in relationships, health, and finances disappeared. Instead of struggling with daily challenges, my days were filled with good things. My energy and health improved dramatically. I felt healthier than I did in my twenties. I also found that my relationships with family and friends became more meaningful. I had more fun in a matter of months than in any other years. I was happier than I ever imagined. I felt the most happy and fulfilled I’ve ever felt.

Gratitude transformed my life and made me feel grateful. My life is magical! It is easy to see how grateful you are for the things in your life. Look at all the important areas of your life. Money, health, happiness and career are just a few. The areas that are rich and beautiful are where I have used gratitude. You aren’t grateful for the wonderful things in your life. You can’t be grateful if you don’t give back. The magic of life cannot stop. You must give to receive. You can’t receive the magic of life without gratitude. Ungratefulness means that we take everything in life for granted when we don’t feel grateful. Unintentionally, we are taking things from ourselves by grating for them. The law is that like attracts, so if something is taken for grated, it will be taken from us.

To sum it all, anyone who doesn’t feel grateful will have everything taken away from him/her. While you may have been grateful in the past, gratitude can bring about profound changes to your life. While knowledge is valuable, practice is key. Magic can only be created when people say magic words such as “thank you!” The magic words “thank you” are the first step to bringing forth magic. It is impossible to express how important it is for you to say thank you. You must live in gratitude in order to feel the magic of your life. Thank you will be the bridge to your life and dreams.
